And this is all with a MELD 20....technically he is still registered with that score until the details are figured out. He dropped, not because there were more people added to the list, but because the people that were once behind him are now getting sicker.
Clearly it pays to be sick.

OK, I don't mean to sound uncharitable, but isn't Geoff sick, too?!!! I have a serious issue with this system of having to hit a precise moment of being sick at just the right time when a body part is available and everyone else hanging in limbo is at whatever point they're at. It's too random. Seems like you're either not sick enough or too sick, and there's only a tiny, impossible window of opportunity when you are just the right degree of sickness. Ugh!
You are so right, Amy. He is sick-just not sick enough. One day, one day....my fear is that we will miss the "window of opportunity".
